Coaching For What Comes Next
Unlock what’s getting in your way
You’re trusted, capable, and delivering. But as your role grows, so does the complexity: the decisions get harder to call, the stakes go up, and the approach that’s worked so far doesn’t always hold. Whether you’re stepping into something new, stretching yourself in your current role or simply wanting more from yourself, what got you here isn’t always enough to get you where you’re going next.
That’s where coaching comes in.
I work with senior leaders, executives, and high-potential talent helping them get sharper about the decisions in front of them, build confidence in their own capability and lead with greater impact. This isn’t generic development. It’s focused, candid, and tailored to you, creating real shifts in how you think, make decisions and lead.
The Coaching Experience
Big change starts with one person. There’s no off-the-shelf programme here. I work with a small number of people at a time, getting to understand the person, the role and the reality they’re navigating. The work is honest, sometimes challenging and always focused on helping you think more clearly, lead more effectively and make meaningful change that lasts.
-
We start with what’s happening for you and what you want from coaching.
There’s no standard agenda. We might talk about something you’re wrestling with right now, where you want to get to, what feels as though it’s getting in the way, or simply what you want to be different.
It’s also a chance for us to get to know each other. Coaching works best when there’s trust, honesty and enough challenge to have the conversations that really matter.
-
Together, we define what meaningful progress looks like.
Not generic objectives, but clear, relevant priorities grounded in your role, your context, and the reality you’re navigating.
We create a focused plan that gives direction without becoming rigid so you have both structure and flexibility as things evolve.
-
This is where the real work happens.
Each session gives you space to step back, think clearly and work through whatever matters most at that point. Sometimes I’ll challenge your thinking, sometimes we’ll explore a different perspective, and sometimes you simply need the space to think something through with someone you trust.
We work with what’s happening in real time: the decisions, conversations, relationships and challenges you’re dealing with, so the coaching stays relevant to you and what you need.
-
You leave each session with clarity and something tangible to take forward.
Whether that’s a shift in thinking, a decision made, or a new way of approaching a situation, the focus is always on practical progress not just reflection.
The value of coaching is often in what happens afterwards: the conversation you approach differently, the decision you make with greater confidence, or the change you begin to notice in yourself.
What Coaching Can Change
Working Together
Six-Month Commitment
Coaching works best when there is time to go beyond the immediate issue. A minimum six-month commitment gives us the space to work on what matters now, while allowing the coaching to evolve as you do.
One to One Relationship
The coaching is entirely personal to you, with the frequency of our sessions agreed around what you need. You can also contact me between sessions when something comes up and you need a sounding board or a different perspective.
Investment
